The following provides further information regarding the application process.

-Official Transcript: Must be mailed to our office from the registrar, or sent in a sealed envelope bearing your university seal/stamp along with your application materials.

-Letters of Recommendation: You are required to submit two letters of recommendation written by college administrators, professors, internship supervisors, or other individuals who can comment on your academic ability, leadership skills, and personal character. Letters may arrive separately from the rest of the application.

-Resume:  Please limit your resume to one page.

-Writing Samples: Your writing samples should demonstrate your ability to think critically. We require you to submit papers you have written in college-level courses. We prefer students to submit papers that bear the professor’s grade and remarks, but it is not a requirement.   Please send copies as you will not have the original returned to you.

-Essay: Your essay should discuss America's greatest accomplishment and greatest failure since its founding. It should be no more than three pages, double-spaced. We do not expect these essays to be research papers - only expressions of your opinions.

NOTE

Although the application form is fillable, you will not be able to save your entries. Therefore, you must print the form in order to retain a copy.
