The Institute for Responsible Citizenship, in conjunction with partnering firms, selects twelve outstanding young men to participate in the Financial Services Program in New York City. The young men, sophomores with finance-related majors, live together, engage in enriching seminars, and work at high-level internships. Additionally, they enjoy a range of other educational and social activities, such as New York Yankees games and a visit to the floor of the New York Stock Exchange.
The Financial Services Program begins on the first Sunday in June, and concludes on the last Saturday in July. Partner firms reward exemplary performance by inviting students to return for a second summer, with the possibly of a full-time employment offer following graduation. Housing is paid for by the Institute, while students are expected to pay for their transportation and food. |
