Devin Gladden double-majored in International Political Economy and Environmental Studies at Fordham University. While Devin was consistently named to the Dean’s List for his academic achievements, he maintained his involvement within the campus and local community as a member of the student advisory committee and Urban Plunge, a university program that gives new students the opportunity to work together on community service projects. Devin also served as vice president of the Black Student Union on campus.
In the future, Devin plans to pursue a MPA and JD, with an emphasis on international land-use and water management policies. He one day hopes to create a non-governmental organization that advocates for the international environmental rights of every citizen on a global scale. He is currently completing a two-year paralegal fellowship at the Department of Justice.
Devin interned at the National Wildlife Federation during his first year with the Institute. The following summer Devin participated in the Public Policy and International Affairs Program at Princeton University. |
