Hometown: Snow Hill, NC

Quinton Harper is a national Coca Cola and Gates Millennium scholar. He attends the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he is the parliamentarian of the Black Student Movement, a member of the North Carolina Fellows Leadership Program and active with the Office for Minority Affairs. Quinton is also the recipient of the John Morehead Scholarship, which is the university’s highest undergraduate scholarship. He has a double major in Political Science and Journalism, and desires to be a foreign diplomat, journalist and author.

During the summer of 2005, Quinton interned with the National Assocation of People with AIDS.
