Kendall Lyons graduated from Oklahoma Christian University, where he majored in Broadcast Journalism and managed the university’s radio station.  Beyond his academic and career pursuits, Kendall is a mentor for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of America.

During his first summer in Washington, Kendall interned at Radio America.  He returned there in 2005.

Kendall currently works for KFOR-TV, NBC 4 as a weekend overnight assignment editor and writer.  He wants to attain a Masters of Meteorology and become a news broadcaster.  In his free time, Kendall is writing a book on youth ministry and helping low income parents gather resources to educate their children.
