Hometown: Detroit, MI

Christien Oliver graduated from Michigan State University in 2005 with a degree in Social Relations specializing in Political Economy, while earning Phi Beta Kappa honors. As an undergraduate, Christien spent a summer at the University of Yucatan in Mexico studying Spanish. 

During his first summer with the Institute, Christien interned at the Washington Legal Foundation. In 2005, he conducted research at the Howard University Legal Center.

Christien is currently completing his final year at The George Washington University Law School. After law school, Christien would like to practice sports and entertainment law.
