Hometown: Sugar Land, TX

Albert Osueke is pursuing his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Duke University.  As co-director of the Common Ground Retreats for the Center for Race Relations, in which he also serves as co-president, Albert serves as a true catalyst for improved race relations within his community.  Albert is an active member in the Black Student Alliance Public Affairs Committee, where he helped raise funds for Black History Month Activities and Sudan Awareness Initiatives.  He hopes to attend law school and become a lawyer. 

During his first summer with the Institute, Albert interned at TransAfrica Forum.
