Devin Roundtree majored in Public Administration at North Carolina Central University.  A Boy Scout, Devin received the organization’s highest honor, The Eagle Scout Award.  During the fall of 2007, he worked with a Boy Scout troop in Durham to help younger Scouts with their careers in Scouting.  On campus, Devin served as attorney general for the NCCU Student Government Association and is a member of Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society.  Devin intends to pursue a career in politics.  He is currently completing a graduate program in economics in his hometown of Detroit.

During the summer of 2007, Devin interned at the DC Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development and returned there in 2008.
