Hometown: Chesapeake Beach, MD

Richard Scott, Political Science major, is president of the Iota Theta Fraternity at Frostburg State University. As an active senator in FSU's Student Government Association, and Vice President of Community Affairs for College Democrats, Ricky is well established in his pursuit of becoming a politician. A Theatre minor, he is also an active participant in FSU's Theatre where he has performed on numerous occasions. Along the route to public office, he hopes to become an Oscar Award winning actor.
