Barrett Young is pursuing his Bachelor of Arts in Government at Harvard University.  When not carrying out his duties as a board member of the Harvard Black Men’s Forum, Barrett tutors students in introductory calculus.  In 2006, Barrett interned for Judge Denise Page Hood at the United States District Court in Eastern Michigan.  Upon graduating from law school, Barrett would like to begin the journey towards becoming a Supreme Court Justice. 

During his first summer at the Institute, Barrett interned at the American Legislative Exchange Council.
